Very recommend banget, pelayanan nya oke banget dan tidak membedakan antara pasien BPJS dengan pasien Regular..

Pengalaman kami pun dengan dokter Obgyn kami Dr. Christian Wijaya Woen, Sp.OG di RS ini juga benar - benar positif banget.. Recommend banget buat yang lagi cari dokter Obgyn / kandungan..

Semua pekerjanya rata2 gercep dan cekatan,gosah di panggil bolak balik, mereka pada sungguh2 melayani,kamar juga bersih, minta hasil lab juga cepat,beda ama rs lain yg harus di uber2 nanya hasil dan minta tolong ini itu

Pengalaman berobat dan dirawat anak saya di Tzu chi. RS besar, ga sesak. Bersih banget, kamar kelas 1 walau 2 bed tp luas, kebetulan dapet pojok, jd dapet 2 view.

Mgk ini the best decision untuk ooerasi. Krn selama 12 taun anak saya tidak bisa bernafas normal. Selalu mampet. Setelah masa penyembuhan anak saya bersyukur sekali kalo dia bisa bernafas secara plong, yg mana dia belum perna rasakan sebelumnya.

Makanan rs walaupun vegetarian tapi rasanya enak. Banyak resto juga sekitar RS, jd ga bingung cari makan.

Suster juga ramah, hanya saja pas pertama kali pasang infus 3x tusuk ga dapet2. Akhirnya perawat laki dr IGD yg bisa. Untungnya anak saya bisa tenang.

So far saya nyaman dan puas dengan Tzuchi

This is one of the best hospitals i have ever visited in my life. The very first time i visited this hospital, i was amazed by its magnificent great and modern building with the concept of Chinese building old style. Looks old authentic style on the outside but inside it was very modern. The ceiling is very high. The direction in this hospital is very clear and simple. And all the staff are trained very well. The staff and nurses are very educated, very polite and fast response and each of them really knows what they are doing. Everytime i asked them question, they really know what i was asking and they also knew the answers of my questions. The technology of the machines used in this hospital are surely brand new. It is really a 5 stars hospital, though is is expensive but the treatment, technology and the cleanliness plus the facility of this hospital are really worth the price they charge. Keep up the good work!!!

My grandpa had been suffering from an intractable headache that no medication seemed to help, and we were deeply concerned about the possibility of a stroke. Thankfully, we brought him to Tzu Chi Hospital, where we met Dr. Graha. He was incredibly caring, taking the time to patiently explain everything in detail, including why my grandpa needed an MRI. Dr. Graha was able to speak Mandarin, which made it much easier for my grandpa to understand the situation.

The MRI and technology at Tzu Chi Hospital are truly state-of-the-art—unlike anything we’ve experienced at other hospitals. The imaging was clear and precise, giving us confidence in the diagnosis. The advanced technology in the ward, combined with the caring approach of the medical team, made the entire process smooth and reassuring. Thanks to Dr. Graha and the top-notch facilities, my grandpa is now as good as new. We are deeply grateful for the exceptional care!
