Acupuncture for Fertility and Pregnancy

3. How many acupuncture sessions are needed to enhance fertility?

For women planning a natural pregnancy, acupuncture sessions last 15-30 minutes per visit, with a minimum frequency of once a week. One series consists of 12 treatments and can be repeated up to three series. For men seeking to improve sperm quality, acupuncture should be done for at least three months.
