Operating Room

Tzu Chi Hospital has 12 operating rooms that is divided as follows:

 

- Hybrid Operating Room - 2 Units

These rooms are equipped with integrated CT Scan facilities, Robotic C-Arm, Robotic Laparoscopy, and Video Conferencing, enabling complex surgeries with high accuracy and live conferencing with renowned hospitals, both domestically and internationally.

 

- Special Operating Room - 3 Units

These rooms feature negative pressure systems, allowing them to be used for infectious patients to prevent the risk of transmission.

 

- Major Operating Rooms - 4 Units

These rooms are equipped with the latest medical technology for various specialties (Obstetrics and Gynecology, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, and others) to increase service speed and efficiency.

 

- ODC Operating Rooms - 3 Units

These rooms are designated for the safety, security, and comfort of patients undergoing One-Day Care surgical procedures.

 

All operating rooms are designed with a centralized and uni-directional flow concept to ensure sterility, patient safety, and privacy.
